Art of the Start 
Two-part session. Part I will assess your education foundation, explore trends and benchmarks, and outline best practices.  Part II will train your board on the staff/volunteer relationship, your case for support, the role of your board in fundraising, and connecting to your story. Get your board ready to engage in fundraising.

**This training can be divided into two separate sessions or can be one, depending on your needs and timing.
 
Art of the Connect 
This session will explore in-depth strategies and tactics to effectively identify and connect with potential donors.  Interactive exercises between board members will be incorporated. Tap into your board’s connections and add to your prospect list.
 
Art of the Ask
This session will tackle the much-feared “ask”!  The steps needed to prepare, schedule, and ASK.  Effective preparation is the key to success.  Interactive exercises and practices will be incorporated. Get your board comfortable with solicitation.
